Vegas Strip Blackjack gets its name from the famous Las Vegas Strip, which is the town centre where all the famous casinos are located. In the internet version, the rules are the same as the games played in these land-based casinos. A player will not have a joker in the 52-card deck and two decks are shuffled before a deal and once a player has placed a bet the games start. Players can bet from R10 to R10, 000 on his hand depending on the number of times he split, double down etc. The dealer will deal two cards for himself, one with the face up and the other with the face down. A player gets two cards, and both are face up. If the dealer has a face card or a ten-value card he will check his other card to verify if he has a blackjack.
If the dealer does have a blackjack, the player loses the bet, however, if the player has a Blackjack as well it is a Push which means it is not a win, but neither is it a loss for a player.
The dealer stands on a soft 17 while players can continue and double too on any combination.
Players can split twice as well as well as double down too after he has split cards.
A player can double on any two first cards even when they do not match or have the “usual” double amount like nine or eleven. Players cannot surrender but there is an opportunity to ensure against a possible blackjack when the dealer has a face-up Ace card. Players cannot form a blackjack after cards are split and if it is a blackjack it will be counted as 21 instead.
You will not have an opportunity to play progressive jackpots with Vegas Strip Blackjack and neither does it offer bonuses, but winning opportunities are created if you play thoughtfully.
